Hannah teaches ands practices the traditional foundations of bellydancing as a routine discipline.
Discover the art of this ancient dance, its history and lesser known technique through different styles & rhythms (Raqs Sharqi, Baladi, Shaabi, Saidi...)
Bellydancing is not limited to hips movements. It seeks flexibility and tone of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and stomach.
It helps tone the thighs, soften the joints, develop the abdominals and maintain the back.
